4.5 room apartment
After putting our 5.5 room apartment out to rent, we were keen to furnish another apartment and make it available for rent immediately after receiving positive feedback from our customers. This is how the 4.5 room apartment came about.
The main idea behind the design was to offer our guests a price range. As the 4.5 room apartment is a little smaller, the rental price is also lower.
We welcomed our first guests on October 03, 2020.
The apartment
The 4.5 room apartment is fully furnished. 115 m2 offer enough space for up to 8 guests. The generous amount of space makes it possible to travel with the whole family without feeling cramped.
Apartment rooms
The apartment has a total of 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with single beds. If required, 2 additional hotel folding beds can be provided for you. The apartment offers space for a maximum of 8 people.
In addition to the bedrooms, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom. The bathroom is also fully equipped with all the necessary utensils such as a hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel etc.
