About «Wohnung 28»
is a project of Immobilien Von Rehetobel AG, which has set itself the task of furnishing vacant apartments in a high-quality and functional manner in order to then offer them for rent as furnished apartments on various platforms.
The modern furnished apartments are completely marketed by us, i.e. everything from furnishing and renting to cleaning and laundry is done by us, so you can sit back and relax and benefit from our service.
The idea to launch this project came about in October 2019. It all started with an internal discussion between the management to realize the first furnishing of the 5.5 room apartment. There was much debate about whether this was a profitable investment. In the end, the decision was made to take the risk and launch the project.
After 8 months of planning and furnishing the first apartment, we welcomed our first guests in June 2020. When we saw the smiles on their faces, we knew that this would not be the only apartment we would put up for rent.
